Return & Exchange Policy

At Arwaa Luxury Perfume, all products are carefully checked before dispatch to ensure quality. Please read our policy before placing an order.

No Return Policy

We do not accept returns or provide refunds once the product has been delivered.

Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges only in case of:

  • Damaged product
  • Defective product
  • Wrong item received

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must raise a request within 3 days of delivery
  • You must provide clear photos or videos as proof
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact us at arwaaluxuryperfume@gmail.com with your order details and proof (photos/videos).
Once verified, we will provide further instructions for the exchange process.

Non-Eligible Cases

  • Change of mind
  • Used or partially used products
  • Requests made after 3 days of delivery
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges are provided in valid cases.
